Description:
Fix to include Person.ID into the storyname. This allows stories for different persons, with the same first/last name to be stored.
For example: a story for two people called "John Smith", will be stored as "John Smith - <guid1>.rtf", and "John Smith - <guid2>.rtf" within the .familyx file.
This avoids clashes, and a bug where all persons with the same name, share the same story.

Duplicate of patch #2680 by paul90 (which I was not able to apply to my local copy).

Description:
This patch should address the issue with stories not being saved/restored. The underlying problem is Uri.LocalPath seems to think spaces should be %20 encoded Fortunately, as the problem happens when loading the file (and not saving) - existing stores should be recovered by running the application after this patch is applied. So the "lost" stories are still in the .familyx file - they just don't load correctly.

The same problem is still in the 4.0 branch, so it will show up in future releases. You will still not be able to save and load stories for people with invalid path or URI characters in their name. For example "John Smith" is fine. "John: Smith #123" is not.
