Localized versions

description

Dear,

Does Vertigo intends to localize this application? If so, I'd love to see it localized to brazilian portuguese. By the way, if help on translation is needed, do not hesitate on counting on me. I know a bit about Winforms and localization, but I am new to WPF. Even so, drop me a line and let me know how I can help.

I tried to translate the 1.0 version into Swedish. Well, this was not a walk in the park. Some translations was quite easy while som was quite hard and some I didn't manage to do at all ("Current" and "Former" partner) to mention some...

Is it still that hard in 2.0, and what about the 2.1 version

Support for Localised versions has been initiated in version 4. Localised strings can be added in a resource file (*.resx). Currently there are some beta translations for English (United Kingdom), Spanish, French, German and Italian. If anyone is interested in making a translation I can provide a guide on how to do this.

Hi!
I could help to add portuguese/portuguese. Let me know.

Cheers
(Olá Luciano, podiamos fazer isso em conjunto, não ha necessidade de duplicar trabalho, apenas acertar as diversas formas. Abraços)

Would love to translate it to Arabic. I've already taken the German version and started on it. However, will there be a problem when you switch to right-to-left languages?

Arabic strings will show up fine but for right to left I understand that the UI controls have to be turned around aswell. Unfortunately it seems the contols were not designed with that in mind.
